By using OnlineOTP, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
1. What We Provide
OnlineOTP gives you dedicated phone numbers to receive SMS messages. We display these messages in your dashboard and forward them to your email address. That's it - simple and straightforward.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use OnlineOTP. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Pricing & Billing

- We offer both monthly and annual billing options
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard
- Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with OnlineOTP:
- 7-day money-back guarantee if the service doesn't work for your needs
- To request a refund, email support@onlineotp.io within 7 days of purchase
- After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable
- You can cancel anytime to stop future charges
We may offer service credits at our discretion for service issues.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use OnlineOTP for:
- Illegal activities or fraud
- Harassment or abuse
- Mass account creation or automation
- Creating fake accounts or evading service bans
- Anything that could damage our service or reputation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Phone Numbers
- You can select from available phone numbers when you purchase
- You can subscribe to multiple phone numbers if needed
- You do not own the phone numbers - you're subscribing to access them
- Numbers are provided through our telecommunications partners
- Numbers may be recycled after your subscription ends
- Phone numbers are VOIP-based and may not work with all services
7. Service Limitations
Important: We work hard to provide reliable service, but we can't guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability
- Delivery of every SMS message (this is true of all SMS services)
- That all services will accept messages from VOIP numbers
SMS messages can be delayed or lost due to carrier issues beyond our control.
8. Liability
We're not liable for:
- Failed authentication or verification attempts
- Lost or delayed messages
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Any damages from using or not being able to use our service
- Issues with third-party services that are beyond our control
If something goes wrong, we'll work with you to make it right. Our maximum liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.
9. Your Data & Privacy
We collect:
- Your email address
- Your assigned phone numbers
- SMS messages (displayed in dashboard and forwarded to email)
- Payment info (handled by Stripe - we never see your full credit card)
- Basic usage data
We DON'T:
- Sell your data
- Store your credit card numbers
- Share your data except as described in our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Service or Terms
We can:
- Update these terms (we'll email you about major changes at least 30 days in advance)
- Change our pricing with 30 days notice
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Suspend the service temporarily for maintenance
Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Account Termination
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us.
We can terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Don't pay your bills
- Are abusive to us or other users
After termination, your phone numbers go back into our pool and may be reassigned.
12. Disputes & Resolution
Let's talk first: If you have an issue, please email us at support@onlineotp.io. We're reasonable people and want to resolve problems directly.
If we can't resolve it:
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka
- You have 1 year to bring any claim after the issue arises
- For small claims, we'll work with you to find a fair resolution process
13. No Warranties
OnlineOTP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise it will work perfectly, meet all your needs, or be error-free. We will, however, do our best to provide reliable service.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of OnlineOTP belong to us. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute our service without permission.

16. Entire Agreement
